One of the driver didnt come in, since apparently he received my message late. A bit of a hassle in the morning, but I managed to get the other factory worker to do the delivery for us eventhough had to do twice.

But because of that as well, we had to postponed running the materials and the machine had to be down for about 1 hour. The boiler also creating a lot of problems. The mold, we changed some parts inside it as well.

The boss came today and set up the server…still on going.

Another customer asked to get a few extra stuff. We did manage but was so late, since we have just 1 driver.

God, please guide us always.

2 of the customers asked to postponed their orders.

One in the morning and one afternoon. The bad thing was, we delivered them already.

I had to switch deliveries around, because the driver had taken a bit longer than i thought. The weather was bad.

I had one of the driver to pick up a cheque from the customer.

Several times, the boiler went dead on us. It’s becoming such a financial liability.

God, please fix our boiler.

Today was quite a busy day for everyone.

One of the driver had to come late since the time was needed for the customer to prepare.

We reinstalled the normal mold again and by lunchtime it was going again, although the boiler still had some problems.

Most if not all the deliveries we took the stock from the new factory.

The last delivery had to be done since it was originally for tomorrow morning, but we wont have time to deliver all of them in time.

The boss also came here and finished up some installation of the server.

God, please let us have a great weekend after starting tomorrow.

Today both the driver came and had plenty to do.

The boss also came today for the whole day and we both tried to set up a set up a server for the accounts system.

We agreed in what to use.

The driver after doing the delivery both also moved stock to the new factory and load up from there as well for the next day.

One of the delivery today was postponed for tomorrow.

God, thank You for today, may You always bless us in the days to come.

Today we had a full day for the driver.

We are currently running on a different mold for a while.

The driver was asked to do delivery, and went to a fitting outlet to get some camlocks.

After that moving some stock to the new factory. The boiler had a problem and wont ignite, thankfully it was caused only because of the ‘eye’. We cleaned it and yup it runs perfectly…in a manner of speaking.

Hopefully everything will be ok.

we have installed the new mold and the machine was running since 12pm.

The driver had quite a delivery as well an extra one which was the same as the last one ordered by the same customer. He had to take them from another company.

Went to the new factory and showed the concreter where to make the water pit etc. Went to buy some nettings as well as tapes for supply.

Called a few of potential customers. Tomorrow 3 deliveries, but the other one still hasnt given me the details. I have a bad feeling for tomorrow morning.

God, please let the customer message me on time tomorrow.

The driver came 1 hour later than i told him to, because the boss said so.

Luckily the deliveries were all fine.

Except the last one i had to deliver some stuff myself because someone forgot to put it in the docket, either it was me or the boss.

I was told to get a concreter to the new factory and show him where to pour, as well as calling new customers and old customers, also to check the mailbox, and whatever orders than I really cant remember. i also had to go far to deliver some items the customer urgently needs. So I had to finish everything 4pm and go.

Those orders I mentioned and more, really were physically impossible. Not to mention, the customers old and new had troubles picking up their phones.

We also moved the mold to the old factory so we can make the smaller version of our main product. 

God, I’m begging you please let us be busy with ordersss.

Today i went to get the remaining air compressor belt.

Then I had to go to the new factory to foresee the placement of the new silos. I then went to the hardware store to purchase some dynabolts. Then I went to get some fittings for the vacuum…which turn out to be wrong.

Called some potential customers as well as the regular ones, and tomorrow only 2 deliveries. Everything is just so bad now.

In the morning one of the factory worker did a delivery for us.

God, all my pleas for help, please listen to them and help us.

This morning the air compressor went dead on us again.

I had to pick up some parts on the way to the factory.

In the factory, my driver went their deliveries, and one of them finished early and fixed some cable in the trailer. The other went to deliver as sample to our customer.

I had to go here and there to get the right fitting for the new air compressor valve. I had to go back again to the first part to get more parts, really frustrating. We also haven’t got our paycheck.

The machine start again 3pm and went to make some stuff only to be shut down and  the guy went home, while the other shift guy did recycling for a while only. I was left with the last guy. He cleaned my office and loaded the truck and trailer.

My boss went kinda controlled ballistic, knowing 1 guy stayed behind without the machine running…2 hours only mind you. I was so close to say to my boss that I’d pay the guy for this 2 hours. Mannn the call really blew my day.

I also had to input the timing for the boys as well as prepare some side stuff to delivery. The other morning shift guy helped me make some side stuff as well while the machine was down.

God, I really don’t know what to pray for my boss. But also please let us have more orders, everything has been sooo slow.

Only 1 driver working today.

He basically did waste pickup from one end of the city to the other. He also did tip run as well as load full the truck and trailer and park it in the new factory.

The air compressor’s belt 2 of 3 broke and I went to get a new one. I got 2 of 3 that I ordered, the rest will be in stock Tuesday. My boss came and we did a bit of legoing making some demonstration model of our stuff. We made 3 of them. 2 to give to the customers.

Tomorrow I got the other driver to do the delivery.

God, please bless us so atleast everyone can have their hours.
